Before the job

Walk the site, confirm access, and photo the area's condition before work begins. Report any issue before the pro starts.

On-site safety

Keep people and pets clear of the spray. Close windows and doors, and protect plants and electrical outlets near the work area.

For providers

  • Inspect equipment before every job
  • Use the correct pressure and nozzle for each surface
  • Respond to booking requests promptly

For customers

  • Provide safe water and power access
  • Clear the area of fragile or valuable items
  • Report problems immediately via the app

Reporting problems

File a dispute from your booking page if anything goes wrong. Our team reviews every report.
